Yoga
& Pilates Class Schedule
Gentle
Progressive Yoga - This class includes postures and breathing
exercises designed to progressively build stretch, increase flexibility
and tone the entire body. Reducing stress and promoting relaxation
at the same time.
Progressive Pilates -This mat class focuses on
conditioning the "core" muscles on the body (abdominal
and back) building flexibility, strength, endurance, and coordination.
Exercises are performed slowly with attention to proper alignment,
breathing and control. As the class progresses, more challenging
exercises and small equipment will be introduced.
YogaLates on the Ball - This class combines stretching
techniques from yoga, core strengthening practices from Pilates
and an exercise ball for added stabilization.
Rise
& Shine Yoga - This
class will awaken your body and mind improving mental clarity so
you can begin your day feeling invigorated yet relaxed.
Pregnancy
Yoga -
This class incorporates gentle, safe movements and stretches to
strengthen and open your body; breathing exercises to promote calm,
focus and balance; and relaxation techniques to release deeply held
tensions and to promote the well being of yourself and your baby.
