Upcoming Yoga & Pilates Classes

Progressive Pilates - Thursday @ 5:45 - begins once 4 people have registered, students will be notified by email. This mat class focuses on conditioning the "core" muscles on the body (abdominal and back) building flexibility, strength, endurance, and coordination. Exercises are performed slowly with attention to proper alignment, breathing and control. As the class progresses, more challenging exercises and small equipment will be introduced. Register Now!

Sports Yoga/Pilates - Date & Time TBD - These classes are geared at improving your game and increasing your endurance level! No matter what sport you play, we will customize a class to meet your specific needs.
These classes will allow you to reach peak physical and mental health while sculpting your body at the same time.
