Progressive
Pilates - Thursday @ 5:45 - begins once
4 people have registered, students will be notified by email. This
mat class focuses on conditioning the "core" muscles on
the body (abdominal and back) building flexibility, strength, endurance,
and coordination. Exercises are performed slowly with attention
to proper alignment, breathing and control. As the class progresses,
more challenging exercises and small equipment will be introduced.
