Service Description

Our yoga program assessments are 1 to 1 and in-person performed in our yoga studio. Consisting of both static postural and dynamic movement assessments allowing us to adapt the program to your individual needs. Please dress in comfortable nonrestrictive clothing.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice and we will gladly reschedule or cancel your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice will be charged a 50% service fee.
