Red Hot Sweary F#@&ing Yoga

No - this is not HOT Yoga, this is flaming cheetos, ragey mad, release all the anger and frustration Yoga - some might say it's mildly infamous, or their favorite holiday of the year.

While Emma's regular class is stress relief and release on the light side - this special annual class is embracing the shadow side and letting her come out to toss some glitter on the dumpster fire of accumulated stress and let that shit sparkle!

We will work through some tension in body, mind and spirit, breathe away the inner demon rage with some creative deep breaths, and we will leave class feeling like the radiant butterflies that we truly are!!
