Restorative Spa Yoga

Join us for a spa-inspired Restorative Yoga practice.

Designed to help you unwind, reboot your nervous system and reconnect with your body and mind.  We'll utilize props to support the body into deeply relaxing positions with longer hold times. As you settle into each posture, our massage therapist will offer gentle massage to deepen your sense of calm and connection.

During Shavasana, we will incorporate hand or foot masques making it extra luxurious!!

Each guest will leave with a curated Self-Care Kit designed to support post-session integration, deep relaxation, and continued self-care at home.
