🧘♂️Join us for a deeply nourishing evening of Restorative Yoga accompanied by a Reiki-infused sound bath that flows throughout the entire class. Supported by bolsters, blankets, and blocks, you’ll be guided into gentle restorative postures designed for long, comfortable holds that allow the body to soften and the nervous system to reset.
