Join us for a three-hour wellness escape designed to unwind your mind, replenish your energy, and reconnect with yourself.
🌿 TheraYogassage - Restorative yoga with therapeutic massage, a hand or foot masque, and soothing hot towels.
🌿 Active Meditation - Inspiration Board creation inspired by the Eight Pillars of Wellness.
🌿 Replenishment Circle - Using Integrated Energy Therapy (I.E.T.) to restore balance and renew your energy.
